Seemingly sleepy, Wentworth Falls plays host to festivals and events throughout the year, including the Autumn Festival, and visitors are drawn to the boutique bed and breakfasts and cottages that border the national park.

Wentworth Falls has incredible, almost haunting views over the valley from vantage spots throughout the neighbourhood. Boasting some of the region’s finest bushwalks, novice to advance hikers take to the trails year-round.

For a slower pace, Wentworth Falls Lake is a beautiful and tranquil place popular with picnickers. Alternatively, Ingar Picnic Ground is one of the most scenic picnic spots in the region, and Kings Tableland is a significant Aboriginal site – the oldest recorded Aboriginal site in the Blue Mountains.

A place where the Australian bush meets colonialism, Wentworth Falls is where you can be at one with, and in awe of, nature.
