HABERFIELD

GET TO KNOW
THE AREA

Haberfield is all about heritage-listed homes, manicured gardens and seriously good Italian food. Although small in size, Haberfield village packs a punch when it comes to traditional Italian cooking and pasticcerias. Food aside, Haberfield has retained its garden suburb status and its tree-lined streets have wonderful examples of Federation-era architecture.

Lifestyle

Haberfield’s European influence makes this small neighbourhood a popular stop for food lovers.

The cluster of Italian infused shopfronts along Ramsay Street have stolen the show from Leichhardt. Family-run businesses have been feeding locals for generations. Delis, pasticcerias and restaurants – Haberfield boasts some of the finest traditional Nonna-style Italian food.

Great food, wide streets, Haberfield is one good looking suburb that has its own slither of waterfront on Iron Cove, where small boats are moored and the University of Technology Sydney rowers are out at the crack of dawn.
