ELANORA HEIGHTS

GET TO KNOW
THE AREA

Set high on the hill, Elanora Heights is a quiet suburban neighbourhood with world-class beaches, national parks and a lagoon on its doorstep. Seemingly made for families, the streets have a nostalgia of backyard barbeques, outdoor play and friendly neighbours.

Lifestyle

It doesn’t get more family friendly than this – quiet streets, a tight-knit community and easy access to parklands and beaches. Sitting up away from the coastline, Elanora Heights has impressive views, and wildlife abounds. Garigal and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks border the leafy streets, offering a network of hiking and mountain biking trails.

And when you think it couldn’t get much better than this, it does. Elanora Heights lay claim to two verdant country clubs – Elanora Country Club and Monash Country Club. Narrabeen Lagoon is just down the hill and there is a line-up of surfing beaches just begging to be explored.

Kalang Road’s ‘Top Shops’ may be small but come 3pm on a weekday they’re bustling with families picking up supplies for the evening. If it’s a thriving café culture and shopping precinct you’re after, you don’t need to venture too far to be amongst it all. Narrabeen has the café scene down pat while Warriewood is all things shopping, including the popular weekly farmers markets, The Beaches Market.

Whether you come to master your hill starts or to soak up the views, you’ll want to be part of a neighbourhood that loves to keep things local while capitalising on all that’s in the surrounding area.

Neighbours

Families of all shapes and sizes have come to call Elanora Heights home. They’re drawn to the generous homes, good local schooling and quiet ambience, but also enjoy being able to be amongst all the action in minutes.

GOLF

Water sports aside, golf is a popular pastime – Elanora Heights boasts not one, but two country clubs with private membership. Not yet a member? Not a problem, you can practise your swing in nearby Pittwater Golf Centre, Mona Vale Golf Club or Cromer Golf Club.

NARRABEEN LAGOON

At the bottom of the hill on the south side of Elanora Heights is the popular Narrabeen Lagoon. Hit the water on a paddleboard or a kayak, or enjoy the flat cycle-way and walking track that hugs the foreshore, connecting playgrounds, picnic spots and cafés.

BEACHES

Roll down the hill to have your pick of world-class surfing beaches and the laid-back culture that comes with them. Narrabeen Beach is the closest but Warriewood is right next door and Collaroy Beach comes complete with an enclosed playground, barbeques and rockpools.
