Ring in 2020: Sydney’s Hottest New Year's Eve & NYD Parties

We've pulled together the best New Year's Eve and New Year's Day parties in Sydney, to ring in 2020 in spectacular fashion

Sydney’s always been a bit of a show-off, but the city takes it to another level on New Year’s Eve. It’s the moment the world waits for: fireworks light up the sky and the harbour is more sparklier than ever. Whether you want front row seats to the fireworks or an all-night DJ dance off, come New Year’s Eve, these are the parties in Sydney you need to know about.

NYE at Hyde Hacienda Bar & Lounge

This year, Hyde Hacienda Bar & Lounge will be throwing a lavish Champagne-filled NYE bash to end the year on a high. As well as celebratory Champagne, there’ll be Cuban-style canapés, free-flowing wine and beer, specially curated cocktails, and an epic soundtrack, so you can toast the New Year in true Hyde style.

To up the ante and ring in 2020 like a true rockstar, why not upgrade to the exclusive HYDE Roller Package. With a private booth for you and nine of your friends and front-row seats to the harbour fireworks, you’ll also receive two bottles of  Dom Perignon Champagne, cocktails on arrival, chef platters, seafood towers, canaps and flowing drinks all night. To top it all off,  you’ll never have to leave your booth because the HYDE Roller package includes a dedicated staff member to cater specifically to your needs for the entire night. Excited much?
