Lifestyle

Vincentia’s beautiful coastline and peaceful setting encourage you to slow down and leave the chaos of the city far behind. Offering a lifestyle that many can only dream about, Vincentia boasts native bushland, wildlife aplenty and some of the finest beaches in the Shoalhaven region.

And all within walking distance of dreamy coastal homes.

Well-positioned between Huskisson and Hyams Beach, Vincentia is a standout on the South Coast of New South Wales, thanks in large part to its direct access to the pristine wilderness – Jervis Bay Marine Park and Booderee National Park. Wander along the White Sand Walk – a gorgeous foreshore trail that takes in several beaches and incredible views of the bay for a hint of what this area has to offer.

Small and convenient, Vincentia village covers all of life’s essentials – from a well-stocked supermarket and bottle shop to cafes and bakeries to healthcare and beauty salons. Right next door, Huskisson offers a broader selection of shops and on-trend cafes and eateries, plus monthly markets and a cinema complex.

Equal distance from Sydney and Canberra (two-and-a-half-hour drive to be exact), Vincentia is a summertime destination. Many holiday-goers embrace the area’s swimming, diving, kayaking, boating, fishing and stand-up paddleboarding activities. And although it’s a seasonal town, year-round, Vincentia offers an unbeatable lifestyle to a select few.
