Sitting to the south of Jervis Bay, Booderee National Park is a natural wonderland that's overflowing with pristine beaches, walking trails that lead to stunning lookouts and campgrounds shrouded in bushland. Pack your swimwear because you'll be spending a whole lot of time at Cave Beach, Iluka Beach and Captains Beach. If you're looking for your own slice of paradise without the crowd, head to Kitty Beach – only accessible by a four-hour hike along the St Georges Head Track; this is one of the most remote beaches in the region.

Jervis Bay Marine Park

Jervis Bay is one good looking region, but it's what lies beneath the surface that will have you in a spin. Off the shores of Huskisson, Jervis Bay's wildlife sanctuary is where you can explore reef fish and rays. Kayak, swim, snorkel or scuba dive amongst the playful sea life; bottlenose dolphins, fur seals and little penguins. Jump aboard a cruise for whale or dolphin spotting, or for something a little closer to shore, hire a SUP board or kayak and explore the many inlets and waterways.

Jervis Bay's Beachy Vibes

Topping every list of things to do in Jervis Bay are the white sandy beaches. Hands down, the area's biggest drawcard, Jervis Bay's coastline boasts bay style beaches with rock pools that are just begging to be explored. Hyams Beach graces many a postcard with its white sand but wander into Booderee National Park to see Jervis Bay at its finest. Secluded beaches bounded by untouched wilderness with stunning views of the region, and although many are easily accessible, it's the ones that you need to hike to that will really leave you in awe of this natural playground.
