This delicious dish of hibiscus and watermelon jelly, wild strawberry sorbet and raspberry mousse is the perfect after dinner treat. After a cocktail to match? Try the Mary Rose with Sapphire Bombay Gin, fresh raspberry, rosemary syrup and rose water foam. So refreshing.

Koi’s dessert menu guarantees you the most heavenly creations in town. The ‘Strawberry’ cake is shaped just like the fruit, with strawberry mousse and jelly inside, a masterpiece! Another from the dessert set menu, “Milky”, features Heilala vanilla torched marshmallow with orange blossom milk, lime yogurt and strawberry white chocolate. Genius.

For an evening of decadence and delight, O Bar And Dining’s views of Sydney Harbour from 47 floors up are incomparable. Team the ambience with a two or three course dinner, capped with the hot raspberry soufflé with chocolate top, pistachio and pecan granola, frozen yoghurt, and you’ve created a recipe for success. Careful though, its’s hard to beat perfection.
