The Glebe Hotel
Neighbourhood watering hole, The Glebe Hotel, has unveiled its new look following an extensive refurbishment. Formerly known as the Australian Youth Hotel, the heritage listed public bar and dining destination boasts a beautiful, light and airy dining space with exposed brickwork, and wooden furnishings, alongside a leafy, dog-friendly courtyard featuring a majestic centenary fig tree. The Glebe Hotel's dining destination The Stables Bar & Grill, led by Head Chef Ben Allcock, focuses on gastro-pub fare, from ale battered fish and chips and pork cumberland sausages, to slow cooked pork shoulder ragu and chargrilled octopus. Best way to sample everything, opt in for the Inner West's Best Long Lunch and sample their signature dishes.
