The Central Coast is one of those quick getaways, ideal for the kind of trip you decide to take on a whim. Get a taste of Italy at Bombini. This local Italian is famous for it’s seasonal, sustainable fare and incredible wine list. If you and your girlfriends are keen cooks, sign up to one of their classes at their cooking school.

Grab a G&T at Distillery Botanica. This boutique distillery is a must-visit for a day of gin tasting and tippling with your girls. Set amongst three acres of ‘fragrant gardens’, spend the day wandering the grounds and then sampling the botanical drops at the cellar door.

Do the Bouddi National Park Coastal Walk, a leisurely but breathtaking walk that winds its way from Putty Beach to MacMasters Beach. Our tip: Stop off for a picnic or swim at the secluded Maitland Bay.

Wake up early and watch the sunrise at Lincoln Rock in Wentworth Falls. The lookout is a ready-made photo opp – just set up the self timer and insert your girl group.
