202 Commercial Road, Prahran Get DirectionsAdd to my list
Young gun chef Charlie Carrington, best known for his globetrotting fine diner Atlas, is bringing the vibrant street food of Israel to Prahran via a casual new eatery on Commercial Road. Lomah, which stands for ‘Land of Milk and Honey’, serves a simple menu of pitas and trays centred around a main. Gippsland lamb, smoked river trout and roasted eggplant are just some of the options. Accompanied by a colourful array of hummus, zucchini and cauliflower slaw, chickpea salad, tabouli and tahini. The décor takes its cues from Tel Aviv too, featuring hanging greenery, distressed white walls and plenty of outdoor seating.
