And then there’s Edinburgh Gardens. The epicentre of this lovely neighbourhood is one of the city’s most cherished parks and a prime summer picnic spot. You’ll find it alive with dog walkers, tennis players, skaters and food-laden groups throughout the year.

All in all, it’s clear to see that what Fitzroy North lacks in size, it more than makes up for in charm.

Neighbours

Befitting its picturesque looks and impressive set up, Fitzroy North is rather pricy. This means that the students who once filled its streets are becoming scarce, replaced by cashed up city workers who can’t get enough of the area’s prime location and thriving drinking and dining scene.
