Since their debut in 2017, they've embarked on a mouthwatering mission inspired by their culinary roots. From classic satay to crispy pork burgers and Thai loaded fries, their menu caters to every palate. Not content with merely offering Malaysian staples like nasi lemak and chicken rice, they present inventive interpretations such as the karaage chicken satay.

Knafeh Sydney is a Western Sydney food truck that serves up one dish, and they serve it well. The bearded brothers behind one of Western Sydney’s favourite sweet treats offer Knafeh, which is a Middle Eastern pastry made with sweet cheese and semolina, soaked in sugar syrup and topped with crushed pistachios and rose water. There’s guaranteed to be singing, dancing, and drumming coming from Knafeh's truck, so it's not just a food truck, it's a great experience.

Built into the back of an old 1994 Isuzu, you’ll find Wholly Schnit, the Sydney food truck responsible for some of the best schnitzel in Sydney.
